Information We Collect
When you browse the site, we collect standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type through cookies, needed to keep your cart and checkout session working.
When you enrol, we collect your name, email address, and phone number to create your order and account. Payment details (card, UPI, or other payment information) are collected and processed directly by our payment partner, Razorpay — we never see or store your full card or bank details ourselves.
Once you’re enrolled, we track your course progress (modules completed, lessons watched) inside your student dashboard so you can pick up where you left off. If you join our private Telegram community, your Telegram username and messages there are visible to other batch members and the mentor, per Telegram’s own terms.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data to: process your order and payment, give you access to the course and your dashboard, send you order confirmations and batch updates, respond when you contact us for support or a refund, and improve the site and course experience.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Who We Share It With
We share the minimum data necessary with the services that run this site: Razorpay (payment processing), our hosting provider (Hostinger), and our learning management system (Tutor LMS), all of which process your data only to provide their service to us.
How Long We Keep It
We keep order and account data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by reaching out to us through this website. Note that we may need to retain certain order records for legal and accounting purposes even after a deletion request.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your cart, checkout, and login working. We don’t use these cookies to track you across other websites.
Children’s Privacy
EarlyFlux is intended for people 18 years or older. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
