We are confident that our AI SAAS Business Training Program delivers real, actionable strategies that work. To prove it, we offer a comprehensive refund guarantee – but only if you actually do the work.
1.1 What Makes This Different
Unlike typical “no questions asked” refunds (which encourage people to buy and never use the product), our guarantee requires proof of implementation. This ensures:
- You give the course a genuine chance
- We protect against refund abuse
- Serious students are rewarded for their effort
- ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

After completing the above, if you have NOT secured at least 1 paying client using our methodology, you qualify for a refund.
Important: “Paying client” means someone who has agreed to pay you for your service/product, regardless of amount. Even ₹500 counts as validation.
- TIMELINE REQUIREMENT
All of the above must be completed within 21 days of purchase, and refund request submitted before day 22.

- You must have contacted our support team at least once with implementation questions
- You must have attended at least 1 live Q&A session (if applicable)
- You must have engaged in good faith (no fraudulent documentation)

- All 3 weekly progress reports submitted
- Detailed written explanation (minimum 500 words) covering:
- What you implemented
- Results obtained
- Challenges faced

Possible Outcomes:

- If within 21-day window, you may complete missing requirements

5.1 Processing Time
- Approval to Refund: 7-10 business days
- Bank/Card Credit: Additional 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
- Total Time: Up to 20 business days from approval
5.2 Refund Method
- Refunds issued to original payment method only
- No cash refunds
- No refunds to different cards/accounts
5.3 Non-Refundable Fees
Payment gateway fees (approximately 2-3%) are non-refundable as per Razorpay’s policies.
5.4 Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds. It’s either:
- 100% refund (if approved)
- 0% refund (if denied)
- NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are NEVER refundable under any circumstances:

- ABUSE PREVENTION
We take refund policy abuse seriously.
If we detect:
- False or fabricated documentation
- Minimal effort to implement
- Bad faith refund requests
- Content theft or unauthorized sharing
- Multiple refund requests across products
We reserve the right to:
- Deny refund immediately
- Revoke access to all products
- Ban from future purchases
- Report to payment processor
- Pursue legal action if warranted

8.1 Results Disclaimer

Our refund policy is based on methodology implementation, not income achievement. If you implement fully and don’t get your first client, we refund. But we cannot control:
- Your execution quality
- Market conditions
- Your niche competition
- Your sales skills
- External economic factors
8.2 Educational Product
This is an educational product. We teach strategies and methodologies. Your results depend on your application of what you learn.
8.3 One Refund Per Person
You are limited to one refund request per person across all our products. Multiple refund requests will be automatically denied.
8.4 No Refund for Completed Courses
Once you’ve completed the course and implemented successfully (i.e., you got clients), you cannot later request a refund claiming you want to “try something else.”

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.

- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Why such a detailed refund process?
A: To ensure you actually try the system. Most people who implement fully get results. This policy protects both serious students and us from abuse.
Q: What if I’m too busy to complete in 21 days?
A: Contact us before day 21 with documentation of extenuating circumstances (medical emergency, family crisis). We may grant a short extension on a case-by-case basis.
Q: What if I get a client but they only pay me ₹500?
A: Congratulations! You validated the methodology. Any paying client (regardless of amount) proves the system works, so you don’t qualify for a refund.
Q: Can I get a refund if I “didn’t like” the course?
A: No. Subjective preferences are not refund reasons. You must complete and implement to qualify.
Q: What if I have technical issues accessing the course?
A: Contact tech@yourdomain.com immediately. We’ll resolve within 24-48 hours. Technical issues aren’t refund reasons unless we can’t fix them within 7 days.
Q: What if I already have clients before the course?
A: The refund policy still applies. You must attempt to get an additional new client using our methodology within the 21 days.
Q: Can I request a refund if I find a “better” course?
A: No. Comparison shopping is not a valid refund reason. Our guarantee is based on implementation and results.
